Artek Pendant light A330
By Alvar Aalto

This more complex variation of the popular “Golden Bell” light was designed in the 1950s. The polished brass shade, composed of three parts, brings a bright-toned warmth to a room and provides the diffuse light characteristic of Alvar Aalto’s designs. The small perforations around the rim serve to reduce glare. Pendant Light A330 was first used in the teachers' canteen at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland.
